Role Overview We are looking for a Sales Expert (m/f/d) with strong commercial instincts, excellent interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for creating value for customers. In this role, you will support sales activities across defined markets and segments, ensuring high-quality quotations, smooth handovers to operations, and accurate order administration.
Personality matters: we are seeking someone proactive, well‑organized, and confident engaging with all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities Prepare quotations and proposals for defined markets or customer segments
Collect and analyze technical specifications and project requirements for accurate tender preparation
Prepare cost budgets and define commercial terms & conditions
Manage CRM entries and ensure data accuracy
Facilitate handover from Sales to Operations and support a smooth transition
Handle order booking and project creation in SAP
Key Requirements Solid understanding of the sales process and commercial workflows
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build connections across all organizational levels
Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills and a passion for achieving goals
Fluency in spoken and written English; additional languages are an asset
Comfortable working in an international environment and collaborating across global teams
