Job Duties and Responsibilities

Take part to the SAP R/3 system implementation project (cleaning of master data, verification of migrated data, system testing).
Create and update Standard work for SAP transactions
Continuous training of warehouse and production staff on the use of the SAP system and related transactions
Logistics After Sales Customer management from order receipt to delivery to the Customer (verification/updating of schedules, material procurement, production planning, customer logistics service, transport organization, customer portal management)
Production material procurement (delivery schedules, delivery monitoring, incoming goods booking supplier visits)
Cycle counting to ensure alignment between physical and accounting production materials stock
Issuing transport documents and sales invoices.

Education and Qualifications
Education: High school
Professional background: The candidate must be able to interact with internal/external Customers, following the various logistical activities in the factory from order receipt to order fulfilment.
Skills and Competencies
Essential:
MS Office package good knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word)
English Language (Lev B1)
Comfortable interacting with internal/external customers
Strongly Preferred:
Basic knowledge of the logistics processes of a manufacturing company
Experience in logistics
Basic knowledge of the SAP R/3 management system
Soft skills:
Good communication skills
Ability to work with different Teams
Hard working, able to work in stressful condition
