Strategic Human Resource Planning & OD· Lead Organizational Development & Restructuring initiatives to align with business growth and operational excellence.· Develop succession planning frameworks and implement leadership development programs to build future-ready leaders.· Partner with senior leadership on strategic HR planning to forecast talent needs and design workforce strategies.Talent Acquisition· Determining current staffing needs and producing forecasts for Design Centre, Powertrain & XP· Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans to support various Ramp up activities· Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs· Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)· Design and continuous improvement of onboarding programmes, which caters to the need of business for quick alignment of new joiners and the organization· Assist in employee retention and development· Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvementTalent Management & Leadership Development· Create and execute learning strategies and programs· Organize training programmes that are aligned with the organisation’s objectives and having a strong understanding of what these are and how the programmes will enhance business deliveries· Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions or coaching· Plan and organize training programs, and assigns the authority/responsibility of Human Resources and managers within those programs.· Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance as per corporate guidelines for Design Centre, XP & Powertrain· Support organization’s wide leadership development initiatives and various programmes such as RISE, LEAP, LEAD etc· Partner with central HR team on development and implementation of HR SystemsEmployee Development & Engagement· Lead Training, Development & Facilitation programs to upskill workforce capabilities.· Enhance Employee Relations, Engagement & Welfare initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace.· Drive change management and cultural transformation projects across the organization.Employee Engagement· Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital· Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues· Nurture a positive working environment· Plan and organize various employee engagement initiatives Cultural drives, activities through various internal committees, sports, etcHR Business Process· Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and pertaining to Design Centre functioning· Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics as per corporate guidelines· Partners with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, programs, and laws.· Manages a process of organizational planning that evaluates company structure, job design, and personnel forecasting throughout the company. Evaluates plans and changes to plans. Makes recommendations to executive management.· Coordinate reward and recognition programmes as per guidelinePeople Leadership· Manage, coach, and mentor HR teams with a focus on team management and continuous learning.· Promote a high-performance, collaborative, and values-driven culture across the organization.Qualifications & Experience· Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.· 10+ years of HR experience in automotive/manufacturing industry, with strong exposure to Organisation Development & Talent Acquisition.· Proven success in strategic HR leadership, OD interventions, and talent management programs.· Strong knowledge of HRMS, compliance frameworks, and modern HR tools.· Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
