Ph3About the job /h3 pWe are looking for a bProduct Investment Controlling /b to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the bHead of Product Controlling /b. /p pYou will be responsible to support the Model Lines and the Functions in performing financial planning, budgeting activities and to monitor gaps vs. results of the RD costs. /p pYou will support the strategy team and the Model Lines through the company-defined financial framework, increasing the financial sensitivity of the counterparts with respect to the key KPIs. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pYour main activities will be: /p ul liSupporting the first benchmarking estimation before the first milestone with an active role in the costs confirmation (plausibilization both for RD and Product Investment); /li li10 years and 5 years business planning and budgeting process: analysis of business needs, costs and profits evaluation in order to define projects/activities sustainability; /li liImplementing new methodologies for Tooling analysis; /li liNegotiation and fine tuning within business areas according to the Company sustainability; /li liDocuments preparation for Comitato di Direzione / Product Strategy Team Group Meetings; /li liProviding to RD functions, model lines, and the Board support to the decision‑making processes with financial and economic analysis; /li liSupport to areas for business case preparation, financial analysis preparation to support Board decision‑making process. /li /ul pYou have joint responsibility with functions (depending on assigned areas) for the following processes: /p ul liProduct development (RD Costs Tooling) for each model line incl.
