Since opening its first store in 1997, with the name of Athletes World, AW LAB is part of the Bata group. AW LAB proposes a wide collection of sneakers of the most famous international sport brands and a wide range of exclusive designs created in collaboration with them. The proposal is completed by a collection of apparel and accessories of the leading sportswear brand and by two private clothing labels. /p pbDESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE /b /p pThe bLearning Development Coordinator /b, reporting to the HR Manager Bata AWLAB, is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering training and development activities for the Regional Market (Retail, Corporate, HS) in alignment with Global Learning Development guidelines. The role manages both in-person and digital learning programs, supports managers in developing retail and corporate teams, and ensures full compliance with all mandatory local Health Safety training requirements. /p pbKEY CHALLENGES /b /p pb1. Training Development Coordination /b /p ul liDevelop and manage the annual training calendar for stores and corporate employees, in line with Regional and Global Talent Management guidelines, with main focus on retail store staff. /li liOrganize in-person sessions, workshops, on-the-job training, and coaching activities. /li liMonitor attendance, evaluate training effectiveness, and recommend continuous improvements. /li liCoordinate with external providers (trainers, agencies, digital platforms) to deliver training initiatives. /li liAdminister the Learning Management System (LMS) in collaboration with the global LD team. /li liUpload content, track completions, generate reports, and ensure a smooth user experience. /li liSupport employees in accessing digital learning paths and resolve basic technical issues. /li /ul pb3. Collaboration with the Global Team /b /p ul liLocalize and adapt global training materials to meet local needs. /li liParticipate in global alignment meetings and support the rollout of new LD initiatives, like Bata e-University. /li liProvide local insights and feedback to improve global training programs. /li /ul pb4. Health Safety Training /b /p ul liCoordinate all mandatory Health Safety training activities in accordance with local regulations. /li liManage training pathways, deadlines, records, and certifications. /liliWork closely with RSPP, HR, and managers to ensure compliance. /li liOrganize both in-person and digital safety training sessions, including emergency procedures, first aid, and fire safety (as required by local law). /li /ul pb5.
