As a Production Planner, you will join the Fabrication Control Management (FABCOM) Department within the ABSER Business Line, and your activities will include:
During bidding phase: Support the definition of procurement and fabrication strategies, project scheduling, and man-hour estimation based on bidding documentation and data on material utilization, yields, and workload.
At project start-up: Support the project team in releasing the project schedule related to fabrication activities, defining engineering and procurement deliverable dates; contribute to the preparation of work breakdown structures and ensure the issuance of estimated man-hours.
During project execution: Ensure cycled man-hours preparation and operative planning; monitor actual vs. cycled man-hours, producing ETC analyses; support decision-making regarding project modifications; ensure timely upload of project data and feedback; support continuous improvement; coordinate pre-fabrication and fabrication activities; develop multi-project production plans; issue the project execution plan; evaluate subcontractor claims in terms of time and cost impacts.
QUALIFICATIONS : Master’s Degree in Management, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
LANGUAGE SKILLS : English proficiency at B2 / C1 level.
LABOUR RELATIONSHIP : Permanent contract.
EXPERIENCE : Minimum 4-7 years in production planning.
IT SKILLS : Advanced MS Office.

Teamwork and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Flexibility and willingness to work on offshore rotations, both nationally and internationally
LOCATION : Willingness to relocate to worldwide sites or remote areas.
