Job Purpose Support sales and stock management. Act as a "brand ambassador" by conveying the Brand's philosophy and values, maximizing sales, fostering customer relationships, and enhancing brand loyalty. Manage stock in line with KPIs, guidelines, and procedures to ensure stock integrity and minimize losses, following directives from the Store Operations Department and Store Manager. Responsibilities Welcome and serve customers, providing an excellent in-store experience. Develop client relationships through personalized approaches, leveraging CRM and digital tools. Engage in cross-selling to meet sales targets and KPIs. Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors. Demonstrate product and brand knowledge. Handle customer complaints effectively, liaising with managers when needed. Maintain high standards on the shop floor and in visual displays, adhering to operational guidelines. Ensure security and prevent thefts. Protect products and materials during handling and storage. Manage daily goods receipt, merchandise arrangement, and stock procedures. Conduct stock counts and manage stock-takes. Track product flow via SAP system. Handle product flow during repairs. Manage stockroom activities related to markdowns. Coordinate returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries following deadlines and guidelines. Knowledge and Skills Fluent spoken English; additional languages are a plus. High affinity for luxury products. Strong sense of responsibility. Ability to work independently and in teams. Organized and detail-oriented. Mature and assertive demeanor. Business or Retail Management degree or equivalent is advantageous. Interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design.
