YOUR ROLE Are you able to tackle situations analytically, think outside the box, and have a strong aptitude for sales? If so, you might be the person we are looking for to join our Contract Logistics Business Development team as a Sales Expert at our Assago (MI) HO. Reporting to the Contract Logistics Business development Manager, you will be responsible for seeking and building customer relationships with a focus on Contract Logistics. You will have pipeline ownership for the Italian cluster and will drive the size, quality, and accuracy of your pipeline for contract logistics. The hit rate for new business wins will be a key metric, and you will be the custodian of the project evaluation process to ensure focus on the right opportunities. Collaborating with product and functional teams, you will develop customer proposals aligned with the 
go to market 
strategy, both proactively and in response to formal requests for quotation. You will actively network with customers and prospective customers to ensure 
CEVA 
is visible and recognized as a leading provider in Italy. This is a consultative sales role requiring a deep knowledge of contract logistics product, enabling you to clearly articulate solutions and concepts to customers. 
WHAT YOU WILL DO 
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base 
Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities; coordinate business generation activities; develop customized targeted sales strategies, develop and drive the commercial pipeline on a sustained basis 
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention 
Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential threats, supporting the development of 
Business Development Strategy 
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company while maintaining client satisfaction 
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet objectives 
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets in Logistics Field 
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory) 
In-depth understanding of sales principles, practices, and customer relationship management 
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills 
Ability to build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients 
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills 
Proficiency with sales management software and CRM systems 
Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
High level of self‑motivation and drive to achieve goals 
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and market conditions 
Strong organizational and time‑management skills 
Professional proficiency in written and oral communication in English 
Willingness to travel as required
