The selected candidate will be responsible for: Managing vendor resources to ensure compliance with contracted SLA (Service Level Agreement) and KPI (Key Performance Indicator). Monitoring the performance of assigned systems, ensuring operational quality by overseeing ticket status and scheduling maintenance activities. Coordinating and supervising the operational team and external vendors providing services such as Help Desk and various support functions in case of faults or incidents. Analyzing and prioritizing issues or needs expressed by the company. Proposing improvements to IT processes and management to meet operational objectives. Producing periodic reports on activities, performing analysis for improvement, and verifying documentation of systems for Assurance and potential recovery from the Delivery Area repository. Maintaining complete, accurate, and up-to-date documentation of systems and procedures. Possessing knowledge of physical security systems, including surveillance, access control, and intrusion alarms, in terms of architecture, components, and operation. Familiarity with Acantho platforms: BMC Helix (for monitoring and managing tickets and vendor SLAs) and Genetec Security Center. The activity is primarily in-person but remote work may be considered. Work hours: Part-time 50% Contract duration: from April 15 to December 31, 2025.
