Your main responsibilities: Drive specific Supply Chain & Operations projects, supporting the organization targets. Participate in European network optimization project, evaluate the optimal cost & efficiency sourcing, routing, execution of orders Active member of the ERP implementation project, support design & requirement phase, as well as implementation in European sites of D365 Microsoft solution. Ability to design new processes related to ERP Standard work/Solutions. Support the issuing and maintenance of SOP (Standard Operating procedures) related to Supply chain & Operations activities Deployment of the ERP system in Italy, and actively support the roll out to other European countries later on (France, Germany, Poland, Greece, Scandinavia, etc...) Work with all sites improving the Standard work, including training of people on new way of working. Work on new initiatives and projects around material flow, planning and production activities Support sites on Supply Chain & Operations related improvement activities upon demand Participate in group initiatives.
