As an Experience Designer at Capgemini Invent in Milan, you will lead end-to-end digital experience design for products and services, aligning user needs with business goals and technical feasibility. You’ll drive research, prototyping, and delivery while shaping design strategies and systems. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, you’ll ensure design consistency and contribute to a strong design culture. * Strong experience in UX/UI and service design methodologies

* Fluent in Italian and English (business level)

* Experience in consultancy, agency, or product environments
* Ability to work autonomously, manage ambiguity, and influence stakeholders through storytelling
* Advanced proficiency in Figma and design tools
