Mission: Support the customer in all the aspects of their experience inside and outside the company. Activities: - Manage visits and meetings between the customer and the various business units of the company and provide organizational support during their stay at the company - Organize visits and meetings for the Company with delegations and representatives of customers and authorities - Provide assistance, in terms of protocol and ceremony, in Italy and abroad - Assist the customer with planning exhibitions and events and provide support during their stay on site - Measure customer satisfaction and gather lessons learned Requirements: - Fluency in English (written and spoken) - Previous experience in customer relations and/or public relations - Good communication and interpersonal skills Seniority: New Graduate Primary Location: IT - Vergiate Contract Type: Hybrid Working: Hybrid
