Life Resort Manager Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Life Resort Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Oversee the entire guest experience, combining hospitality, wellness, and lifestyle services to meet brand standards.
- Coordinate departments (front office, spa, food and beverage, outdoor activities, guest relations) to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery.
- Develop customized experiential programs aligned with our brand identity and guest expectations.
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events, packages, and lifestyle initiatives that enhance the guest experience.
- Train and motivate staff to provide empathetic, proactive, and memorable service.
Requirements:
- Proven managerial experience in luxury resorts, boutique hotels, or wellness properties.
- Cross-functional expertise in hospitality, wellness, events, and communication.
- Excellent command of English and preferably a second language.
