ZIMMERMANN is a leading fashion label with a global presence. This is a fixed-term full-time Client Advisor role (CDD) in Milan for 9 months, starting January 2026.
Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding client service and strive to exceed client expectations.
* Contribute to achieving KPI targets through effective selling and client engagement.
* Maintain a professional, welcoming presentation and high attention to detail.
* Build and maintain ongoing rapport with clients; develop trusted relationships for repeat business.
* Work independently and as part of a team; stay flexible and proactive in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
Qualifications
* Previous sales experience in luxury designer fashion is essential.
* Excellent client service skills with a passion for exceeding expectations.
* Professional, welcoming demeanor and strong presentation.
* High attention to detail; strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of luxury fashion and ability to relate to high-end clientele.
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure.
* Fluent in English and Italian and Russian.
