Your Impact
In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:
Responsibilities
* Support on the development of 1to1 CRM campaign, retail Newsletter and client journey development (liaise with other departments, track all materials/tools);
* Interaction and coordination with regions and IT teams as an interface for information sharing;
* Support the team in collection of feedback from regions and consolidation of the final output;
* Support in the preparation of analysis, reports and client insights using CRM and BI tools;
* Provide administrative and operational support to the Client Development team.
Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master's degree in economics or similar;
* Professional use of Italian & English;
* Precision, proactivity, time management, and problem-solving skills;
* Good knowledge of Office Suite (in particular Excel & Power Point);
* Strong organizational and analytical skills.
