Responsibilities / TasksThis role supports our strategic growth journey by driving value-based market segmentation and dynamic pricing initiatives within the Bakery Industrial Equipment business.
Reporting to the Global Business Development Manager, the Business Analyst transforms data into actionable insights that shape pricing strategies, unlock market opportunities, and contribute to consistent year-over-year organic growth.
How you'll make an impactAnalyze transactional pricing data to identify inconsistencies, margin leakage, and improvement opportunities across regions and product lines
Develop and maintain pricing dashboards and tools to support sales teams during quotation and negotiation processes
Build business cases and statistical models to reinforce value-based premiums and support new product introductions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update customer and country profiles and identify new market opportunities
Perform market segmentation and value chain analysis using both internal and external data sources
Support the implementation and monitoring of pricing strategies to drive continuous improvement and measurable impact
Your Profile / Qualifications What sets you up for successDegree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or equivalent
Proven experience in business analysis focused on pricing, market insights, and technical/commercial evaluations within B2B capital-intensive equipment sectors and/or top-tier consulting firms
Fluency in Italian and English
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SA
Premio points if you have...Strong commercial and financial acumen
Knowledge of a third language
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into market and pricing insights
Ability to translate business strategies into measurable performance improvements (top and bottom line)
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
