To support the growth of our international Aerospace business line, we are looking for an HR Recruiting Intern / PMO who will support recruitment and candidate management activities for the German market.
The intern will be actively involved in direct candidate interaction and in matching client needs with suitable technical profiles.
Key Responsibilities
Contact candidates by phone and conduct initial screening interviews
Present and explain career opportunities within the aerospace sector
Analyse client requirements and identify the most relevant candidate profiles
Match job requirements with technical and engineering profiles
Support administrative activities related to recruitment and onboarding
Collaborate closely with HR and Business teams throughout the recruiting process
Update and maintain candidate databases and tracking tools
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in humanities, economics, or related fields
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
Good command of the English language
Nice to Have
Knowledge of the German language
Interest in or familiarity with the aerospace and/or engineering sector
