This role is critical in ensuring our operations align with legal and regulatory standards, particularly in privacy and data governance. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the development and implementation of compliance and privacy programs in accordance with Vodafone Group policies and EU/Italian regulations /li liAct as the main point of contact for compliance and privacy matters, including GDPR /li liConduct risk assessments and manage mitigation strategies /li liOversee internal investigations and regulatory reporting /li liSupport business units in applying privacy-by-design and compliance-by-design principles /li liDeliver training and awareness initiatives across the organization /li liManage data subject requests and privacy impact assessments (PIAs) /li liMonitor regulatory developments and advise on business impact /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul li10+ years of experience in compliance, privacy, or legal roles, ideally within multinational and regulated environments /li liDeep understanding of GDPR and other relevant regulatory frameworks /li liStrong stakeholder management and communication skills /li liAbility to work autonomously and influence cross-functional teams /li liFluent English (spoken and written) /li liLegal qualification or certifications such as CIPP/E or CIPM are advantageous /li /ul h3Not a perfect fit? /h3 pWorried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
