We are looking for a **UX/UI Designer** with at least 3 years experience** to help us turn our service into easy-to-use digital products, delivering a consistent design experience across all our customer's touchpoints.
UX/UI Designer's responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components for our end-user clients - React website and iOS/Android native mobile apps. To ensure a top-notch user experience, you will research, test and validate every new feature before going public.
You will work alongside product managers, product marketeers, and designers inside our innovative **Digital Product Department**, which fills the gap between Business, Marketing and Technology teams.

As UX/UI Designer your responsibilities will be:
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with **products managers, engineers, developers, and designers**;
- illustrate design ideas using user **flows, customer journeys, wireframes, and prototypes**;
- design **graphic user interface elements**, always keeping conversion rate optimization in mind;
- develop **UI mockups and prototypes **that clearly illustrate how the product functions and looks like;
- create **original graphic assets**, optimized for their final use;
- document your own designs so developers can deliver a pixel-perfect output;
- test and validate every new feature to ensure a consistent and engaging user experience;
- research, identify and troubleshoot UX problems;
- conduct adjustments based on user feedback;
- help build, maintain and evolve **Cortilia’s Design System**;
- adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.
The work activity will take place in** hybrid mode **(both at the new company headquarters in Cassina De Pecchi - MM2 Villa Fiorita/Cassina de Pecchi and in smart working).

**Requirements**:
- At least **3 years of experience** in UX/UI Design. Ecommerce and/or startup experience is a plus;
- degree in **Design, or relevant field**. Further design certifications are a plus;
- up-to-date knowledge of widespread design software like **Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator**, etc;
- basic understanding of **HTML/CSS** and how a modern digital product works is requested;
- experience in **user research and user testing** is a plus;
- knowledge of** prototyping and motion design tools** is a plus;
- experience in building and maintaining **Design Systems** is a plus;
- must be fluent in Italian, with good knowledge and understanding of English language;
- **team spirit **and** good communication** skills are essential;
- a strong will to** make a difference **and to **have fun **in the process!
