The company has experienced strong growth in recent years, both in terms of market presence and internal structure, with a significant expansion of its workforce.br data-end="459" data-start="456"To support this evolution, the company is seeking a strongChief Financial Officer /strong who, in close collaboration with management and the new shareholders, will help guide the organization toward its strategic goals. /ppstrongJob Description /strong /pulliDevelop and manage the AFC function, overseeing processes, procedures, and performance. /liliManage the implementation of the new ERP system and supervise the recently internalized workforce. /liliCoordinate and improve organizational processes in collaboration with the CEO. /liliImplement and oversee management control, developing analytical accounting and reporting models to support strategy. /liliManage relationships with financial institutions, working capital, and net financial position, including acquisition financing. /liliPrepare financial statements and develop economic, asset, and financial reporting. /liliDirect interaction with the CEO, the Board of Directors, and shareholders for goal and budget definition. /liliMonitor business performance and implement corrective actions when needed. /liliOversee IT and HR departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives. /liliCoordinate with external consultants on accounting, legal, organizational, and compliance matters (including Model 231 and certifications). /liliSupport the CEO in management activities not directly related to production and sales. /liliMonitor and manage the ESG action plan with a focus on achieving sustainability targets. /li /ulpstrongThe Successful Applicant /strong /pulliDegree in Economics, Management Engineering, or equivalent background. /liliAt least 15 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in General Management or CFO roles in companies with high operational complexity. /liliSolid expertise in administration, finance, and management. /liliExcellent knowledge of international accounting principles (IFRS). /liliExperience in extraordinary operations (MA, buy-outs); prior experience managing an exit in a private equity-backed company is a strong plus. /liliDeep understanding of management control processes. /liliStrong analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills. /liliStrategic mindset with a strong results orientation /li /ulbrpstrongWhat's on Offer /strong /ppThis position offers the chance to join a fast-growing Italian company with an ambitious entrepreneurial vision.
