You will design and operate precise test setups, calibrate hardware to meet strict performance standards, and ensure reliable operation across real‐world environments.
Beyond hardware, you will take full ownership of our 3D scanning workflow — from preparing objects and executing scans to verifying that every capture meets our rigorous quality standards.
Main Responsibilities 3D Scanning Systems Installation – Collaborate with the team to install 3D scanners at customer sites worldwide Operation – Select appropriate scan parameters, position objects accurately, and run the full scan process Quality Assurance – Develop and operate hardware test stands, review scan outputs against quality standards, and re‐scan when necessary Maintenance & Improvement – Monitor scanner performance, implement improvements, and promptly report malfunctions or technical anomalies Client Support – Troubleshoot electronic and mechanical issues for clients, both on‐site and remotely Object Preparation – Prepare and style each item for optimal scan conditions, including surface cleaning, correct orientation, and appropriate fixturing General Initiative – Independently organize and execute assigned technical tasks and installations Operational Responsibilities Warehouse Handling – Collect incoming parcels and transport them to the scanning area Item Intake – Unpack items, assign unique codes, and register them in the database Item Check‐out – Process scanned items and relocate them to the designated area Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent Basic knowledge of electronics Basic computer skills (Windows or Linux) Hands‐on, solution‐oriented mindset Precision and care in task execution Reliability, punctuality, and sense of responsibility Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning about 3D and AI Ability to work independently within defined processes and responsibilities Willingness to travel for installations and customer support Competitive salary package Small team, flat hierarchy Personal and professional growth opportunities You don't have to tick every box to apply, your drive and passion matter most!
