About the Role
Grape Tours is looking for a passionate and charismatic Brand Ambassador to oversee hospitality operations at Campo Sasso and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a unique Tuscan setting.

This role is ideal for someone who combines hospitality excellence, storytelling talent, and operational autonomy in a boutique wine environment.
Contract Details
* Fixed-term, part-time contract (30 hours per week)
* Monday to Friday
* 7 months (April–October 2026)
* Italian Hospitality CCNL – Level 3 (Livello 3)
Wine & Cheese Experience
You will be the face of Campo Sasso and responsible for creating memorable tasting experiences.
Your responsibilities:
* Organize and host on-site wine & cheese tastings
* Present wines and cheeses with confidence and storytelling flair
* Share the history, terroir, and philosophy behind each product
* Ensure a warm, refined, and engaging guest experience
* Set up and reset tasting spaces according to quality standards
Brand & Communication Support
Beyond hospitality, you will contribute to strengthening the brand presence. xkiyazw
* Support content creation (photos, short videos, captions)
* Capture authentic guest moments and experiences
* Assist with marketing and communication initiatives
Profile
We are looking for someone who is:
* Autonomous and highly organized
* Naturally charismatic and comfortable with public speaking
* Passionate about hospitality, wine, and gastronomy (especially cheese)
* Detail-oriented and quality-driven
Mandatory requirements:
* Previous experience in wine tastings in the Chianti area
* Professional certification or formal education in wine, oenology, sommelier studies, or gastronomy (mandatory)
* Valid driving license and personal vehicle
* Fluent English (daily interaction with international guests)
* Full legal authorization to work in Italy
* Currently residing in the close surroundings of Campo Sasso (Comune di Greve in Chianti)
