As a Showroom Sales Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the relationship between the brand and buyers. Serving as a liaison between our brand and clients, you will ensure that the showroom is a reflection of our brand's image and values. You will provide an exceptional level of customer service while assisting in driving the success of the Pre-Spring'27 campaign.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Sales Support:
\n
- Present the collection to clients, ensuring an exceptional brand experience.
- Respond to client enquiries with accurate product information, pricing, and availability.
- Assist in executing marketing initiatives and promotional events within the showroom.
Showroom Operations & Organisation:\n
- Maintain an organised and visually appealing showroom that reflects the brand's image.
- Support inventory management and ensure products are readily available for showroom visits.
Order Processing & Inventory Management:\n
- Upload and manage buyers' initial orders according to our company guidelines.
What you'll bring\n
- Essential skills for success in this role include strong communication, attention to detail, and a keen eye for fashion trends.
- Previous retail experience in luxury Fashion/Cosmetics/Lifestyle brands.
- Passion for exceptional customer service and interest in fashion industry trends.
- Ability to work well in team and under pressure.
- Highly organised with attention to detail, especially in showroom presentation and inventory management.
- Italian and English proficiency written and spoken are mandatory. An additional language will be considered a plus.
Fixed-Term Contract. Availability to work in Milan from 14th May to 12th June '26 (weekends and bank holidays included).\n
