The ideal candidate is results‑oriented, up‑to‑date on fashion trends, and passionate about our brand and products. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pClient /p ul liMaster the client journey /li liCreate customer emotion and desire /li liEngage existing and prospect clients as per the weekly plan defined by store management /li liDeliver the Valentino Couture service in an impeccable way at every phase (preparation for sale, welcome, exploring the client, presentation of the product, closing and farewell) /li liFocus on development and retention of existing clients, recruitment of new and potential ones /li liEngage the client through every selling opportunity – walk‑in, private appointment, phone consignments /li liActively participate in sales in partnership and OTO appointment routine /li /ul pOperations and visual /p ul liDeal with all sales and after‑sales activities (boutique returns, end‑of‑season, customer returns, repairs, complaints) /li liEnsure product good maintenance, replenishment on the floor /li liKnow the warehouse stock of all categories to ensure re‑stock shelves and maximize sales /li liRespect administration and operations procedures /li liLiaise with the in‑store visual to follow display guidelines; verify and report all relevant information to store management /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExcellent interpersonal and effective communication skills /li liFluency in English, Italian and Chinese /li liTeam player with a pro‑active attitude /li liHigh fashion knowledge /li liAbility to adapt to changing needs of the company as necessary /li liMust have client network in luxury environment /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
