What the job involves
* Cover Front of House and Reception services at our Client’s office.
* Welcome, meet, and greet all visitors and clients.
* Assist with internal/external bookings, ensuring full meeting room accountability.
* Ensure all meeting rooms, services, VC, facilities, and public areas are maintained to high standards.
* Facilitate room setups, including moving furniture as needed.
* Monitor room status and prepare rooms for upcoming bookings.
* Provide information on facilities, arrange viewings, and accompany clients on tours.
* Maintain awareness of business activities and communicate updates with regional teams.
Skills & Experience
* Experience working within a corporate environment.
* Independent, self-managing, and a great networker.
* Professional and confident in telephone manners, with excellent communication skills and good computer literacy.
* Ability to use initiative and stay calm under pressure.
* Strong team player with multitasking and prioritization skills.
* Flexible approach to departmental needs.
* Good educational background with strong command of English.
* Good sense of humor and approachable personality.
