Education - High school diploma or equivalent experience required. Experience - Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing role. - Experience in sterile manufacturing environments. - Proven track record of leading successful teams. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities - Outstanding understanding of sterile manufacturing processes and visual inspection activites. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to strictly follow and enforce safety and quality protocols. Physical Requirements / Work Environment - Ability to stand for extended periods. - Capability to lift up to 25 kg. - Work in a controlled, sterile environment adhering to strict safety guidelines.
