Ph3Position Summary /h3 pThe Head of AI Center of Excellence will lead a small, high‑impact team of forward‑deployed builders who work directly on real operational and customer problems, turning AI potential into measurable value for the SAP and managed services business. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liHire, develop, and lead a team of technical AI builders. /li liImprove internal managed services performance through AI. /li liCreate a high‑performance culture focused on shipping working solutions. /li liEnsure the team works directly with business and technical stakeholders. /li liPrioritize use‑cases based on value, feasibility, scalability, and strategic relevance. /li liEstablish clear entry and exit criteria for CoE involvement. /li liIdentify the business problem; validate whether AI is the right mechanism. /li liDefine target outcome and KPIs. /li liBuild or orchestrate a working MVP. /li liTest with real users, real data and constraints, measure impact. /li liDecide whether to stop, scale, hand over, or productize. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. /li li7–10 years of hands‑on experience in full‑stack, backend, platform, integration, or automation engineering, using TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, or similar modern programming languages. /li liStrong understanding of applied AI, generative AI, agentic AI, and automation. /li liExperience building or leading teams that deliver working software or AI solutions. /li liAbility to architect AI systems and challenge technical decisions. /li liUnderstanding of enterprise IT, application management, or managed services. /li liStrong appreciation of SAP environments and operational realities of SAP services. /li liExperience with ticketing, service management, and operational data. /li liExperience moving ideas from discovery to MVP to production handover. /li liStrong stakeholder management across business, delivery, architecture, and operations. /li liAbility to prioritize based on measurable value rather than hype. /li liComfort working within enterprise constraints, standards, and platform decisions. /li liStrong communication skills, fluent English; German is a plus. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
