Sr. Technical Program Manager, Amazon Leo
Amazon Leo is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Leo will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.
The Technical Program Manager role will be at the forefront of driving B2B2X technology solutions especially with "sell with" and B2B2B customers for Amazon Leo. The role will own project plans, align teams, track progress for multiple inter‑connected work streams, think globally and act locally in delivering the best customer experience in any region.
Key responsibilities
* Drive alignment across Engineering, Product, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, partner engagement team, Solution Architects, Sales and Business teams.
* Take end‑to‑end ownership and successfully deliver results in a fast‑paced and dynamic business environment.
* Own the definition and delivery of the program, keeping stakeholders informed with status, holding teams accountable to their deliverables, and identifying and resolving blocking issues.
* Contribute to large‑scale architectural designs, understand software design concepts, and dive deep into multiple complex systems.
* Deliver launch plans with internal and external stakeholders.
* Communicate to senior/executive leadership tracking progress across various work streams.
* Own the communication between customers and internal teams.

Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience owning / driving roadmap strategy and definition
* Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
* Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
* Experience managing technical products or online services
* Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive‑level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
* Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this position is USD 151,200.00 – 204,600.00 annually. The package includes sign‑on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D, optional Supplemental life plans), EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
