The SNA (System&Network Administrator) is the first level support for the User Ground Segment end‑user systems. He/She executes all activities related to system administration of the UGS (User Ground Segment) executing preventive and corrective maintenance procedures. He/She shall work in an integrated team following H12 5/7 and H8 weekend, work shift c/o Aeroporto di Pratica di Mare.
Responsibilities
* Technical supervision of mission systems (HW/SW)
* Technical (HW/SW) anomalies management: investigation and analysis of anomalies
* Corrective and preventive maintenance management: routine and scheduled audits of all systems
* System administration policy
* UGS internal network and front‑end network administration: monitor and troubleshoot network stability and performance
* Definition and maintenance of workarounds and troubleshooting procedures
Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience
* Good knowledge of Linux operating systems
* Knowledge of Windows operating systems
* Experience with IT/ground segment technologies: relational databases, virtualization, networking, etc.
* English knowledge B2‑C1 level
* Knowledge of networking, network protocols and related issues
* Basic knowledge of ICT security elements
