Tasks
Meet and exceed sales targets for assigned accounts
Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
Create and negotiate tailored rate offers and agreements
Acquire new customers using advanced sales tools and market insights
Conduct sales visits and presentations to promote Lufthansa’s products and services
Maintain customer data and track activities in our CRM system
Encourage customers to use our innovative eServices
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver logistic solutions
Support local sales events and customer initiatives
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
3–5 years of experience in Aircargo Sales
Familiarity with cargo forwarders and customers in Italy
Understanding of Italian business culture
Fluent in Italian and English (German is an advantage)
Strong knowledge of the airfreight industry and sales practices
Proficient with IT, especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience with key Air Cargo systems and tools
