**Role Purpose**:
**Key responsibilities and decisions ownership**:
- Solutions Design & Implementation, including delivery and post deployment support
- On-time delivery of projects and activities
- Work as a team (business and technology) to define new Vodafone processes and services and associated customer experience
- Ensure seamless product releases and zero defects on ordering and provisioning platforms
**Core competencies, knowledge, and experience**:
- Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, with specific experience in IT vendor management
- Enthusiastic about delivering results
- Ability to problem solve
**Must have technical/professional qualifications**:
- Strong project management experience; certifications would be helpful
- Past experience as a software engineer or solution architect on relevant projects
- Proven track record of working with agile methodologies
- Ability to present results (positive or negative) to multiple stakeholders (up to C-Level)
