We are currently looking for a Marketing role, specifically a MARKETING & TRADE MARKETING INTERN (stage) who will be working for skincare brands. MISSION: Reporting to Brand Manager's tutoring, this internship will provide the candidate with the opportunity to discover and gain in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the marketing environnment. MAIN TASKS: Support the Brand Manager in the definition, development, and execution of the marketing plan (including managing relationships with suppliers and retailers). Assist in the planning and implementation of trade marketing activities, including promotions, events, and in-store displays. Conduct data analysis (sell-in/sell-out, competitor analysis, pricing). Monitor product launches and collect feedback from the field and salesforce. Maintain daily communication with other teams such as PR & Communication, Commercial, Digital, Merchandising, Finance, Customer Service, and Forecasting. Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, flyers, and visual and digital content. Perform administrative tasks and provide general support to the marketing team as needed. Requirements: Excellent analytical and computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Entrepreneurial and digital mindset with a desire to learn and carry out projects with challenging goals and agility. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Interest in the beauty and luxury world. High command of Business English At least another trainee experience in a FMCG company and/or in the Beauty & Luxury industry.
