We design and manufacture a complete range of transportation systems, from high-speed trains to electric buses and driverless trains, as well as infrastructure, signalling and digital mobility solutions. Joining us means joining a truly global community of more than 75000 people dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact. Aerodynamic and thermal-fluid-dynamic (AeroX) Engineer
The AeroX Engineers participate in project/tender development through the application of engineering instructions, guidelines and established internal processes of the AeroX domain. They undertake Standard Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations within the frame of the projects using standard tools (STAR-CCM+, START, TransTun). In the expertise field, they undertake experimental activities on mock-up (wind tunnel, …) or on train. They develop advanced simulations methodologies requiring Train System approach covering large domains as Fluid Dynamics, Thermal, Fluid-structure interaction, aero-acoustics, numerical coupling. They undertake R&D activities and contribute to the development of the discipline.
