JOIN US ON THE JOURNEY TO BUILD BEYOND POSSIBLE. /p h3Who we’re looking for /h3 pCRM Specialist – Drive customer engagement, design and implement campaigns and journeys that create personalized experiences and long‑term relationships. This role sits at the heart of Marketing, working closely with Sales, Business Development, and Trade Marketing. You will build on the existing foundations of Microsoft Dynamics 365, but structure and develop segmentation strategies, automation flows, dashboards, reporting, and partner engagement mechanisms. /p pTurn CRM into a powerful engine for lead management, conversion, retention, and loyalty, supporting Caracol’s global growth and partner ecosystem. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and execute CRM campaigns supporting lead nurturing, acquisition, onboarding, and retention. /li liBuild and optimize segmentation strategies and automation flows tailored to customer type and stage. /li liStrengthen lead capture and tracking across events, digital channels, and partner sources; explore lead scoring strategies to prioritize opportunities. /li liOptimize dashboards, reporting, and data flows (e.g., Power BI) to provide actionable insights in real time. /li liMonitor CRM KPIs and campaign performance, analyzing results and proposing improvements. /li liEnsure consistent data quality, tagging, and follow‑up processes across teams. /li liDevelop initiatives to enhance customer retention and loyalty, including structured nurturing programs, value‑added content, and upselling mechanisms. /li liSupport CRM adoption by creating documentation, training materials, and best‑practice guidelines. /li liCoordinate with external partners for CRM development, upgrades, and integrations. /li liSupport partner engagement initiatives with co‑marketing materials and alignment to global campaigns. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Business, Marketing, Management Engineering, or a related field. /li li2–4 years of experience in CRM management or marketing operations, ideally in a B2B or tech‑driven environment. /li liHands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365. /li liExperience in email marketing, customer segmentation, and automation workflows. /li liStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic insights. /li liExcellent English communication skills (C1); Italian is considered a plus. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liCompetitive salary. /li liFlexible working hours and smart working. /li liOpportunity for career advancement. /li liFriendly, international and innovative work environment. /li liContinuous learning and development opportunities. /li /ul pCaracol is an equal opportunity employer.
