Our company is currently looking for a professional Contract Manager with extensive experience in large Onshore EPC projects. This position is for a significant tender with an approximate value of €1 billion. WORK PURPOSE Manage all contractual aspects of the Project concerning the Main Contract and Subcontracts. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Perform offer analysis from a contractual and administrative perspective (Terms & Conditions), report risks and opportunities, and propose requests for clarification or deviations to the Proposal Manager and Commercial Director. Coordinate the initial analysis of the contract and related documentation to inform the Project Manager of risks and opportunities and support the development of the management strategy. Assist the Project Manager in official communications with contractual implications. Draft contractual conditions, addendums, and settlement agreements. Manage the preparation of Variations/Claims and EoT requests to the customer and/or subcontractors. Assist in negotiating claims and variations. Support the Project Manager and coordinate with Legal to prevent and manage disputes with clients and suppliers. Maintain an updated record of the contractual situation through documentation collection (change orders, correspondence, etc.). Keep the Contract Management Leader informed about the status of contracts and promptly report critical risks. Hierarchically subordinate to the Project Manager and coordinated daily by the same. REQUIRED COMPETENCES At least 15 years of experience in the role. Fluent in English; Russian is a plus. Experience in major oil & gas projects. QUALIFICATIONS Master's degree.
