Italian Customer Service Representative Relocation Support & Career Growth! Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site) Employment Type: Full-time Language Requirements: Italian C2 and English B2
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert support to Italian-speaking customers via phone and email
- Troubleshoot technical issues and offer empathetic, timely solutions
- Assist clients with documentation, order entries, and product shipments
- Maintain a professional demeanor and attention to detail to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Work full-time (40 hours per week) on rotating shifts
- Participate in comprehensive training to prepare for success
