We do this by putting the customer at the center of everything — not as a tagline, but as a daily working method.In Finance we ensure the integrated management of all financial activities at Group level, both ordinary and extraordinary.Credit Manager – RoleThe Credit Manager plays a critical role in safeguarding and optimizing the company's financial health. With end‐to‐end ownership of credit risk management, this role oversees the full credit lifecycle — from customer credit assessment and limit definition to receivables monitoring, collections, and dispute resolution — ensuring a balanced approach between commercial growth and cash flow sustainability while minimizing financial risk.You will lead a close‐knit team, setting direction and nurturing talent to deliver innovative finance projects, with the goal of creating value for the company and contributing sustainably to the Group's growth.ResponsibilitiesLeading modernization and automation of related financial processes, system and infrastructures to ensure lean and effective activitiesAssigning tasks to the credit team in agreement with the accounting department's goals and overseeing timely collection of paymentsCreating and keeping records of invoices, bills, and receivablesTracking risk exposure across clients or sectors and report early warning signalsDeveloping and improving credit policyForecasting monthly, quarterly and annual results and creating reports on themEnsuring that all accounts receivable procedures follow legal regulationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related fieldMinimum of three years of experience as Credit Manager or supervisor position, or in credit and collection management, preferably in a similar industry, or as finance transformation managerStrong knowledge of credit and collection principles, practices, and regulationsExperience with accounting softwareExcellent analytical, problem‐solving, and decision‐making skillsEffective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsHigh level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesProven experience within subscription‐based or recurring service frameworks is a strong plusFluent in English (C1)Soft Skills & CultureWe're looking for people with a growth mindset, who see every challenge as an opportunity to grow and who embody the soft skills that set us apart, bringing our values to life.ENTREPRENEURSHIP – is the engine that drives us to excel, innovate and challenge ourselves for our and the company's success.
