This opens up enormous potential for the easy and economical integration of machines and systems into modern industrial environments. /p pOur RD department based in Nonantola (MO) is a center of global competence for Compact Hydraulic products /p h3Job Description /h3 pOur machining department is looking for a bCNC Programmer /b.br/The selected candidate will join the production department and will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing machining programs for 4- and 5-axis horizontal machining centers. Starting from mechanical technical drawings, the resource will ensure the efficiency and quality of production processes, collaborating closely with technical and workshop teams. /p pbMain Responsibilities /b /p ul liDevelop CNC machining programs based on 2D drawings or 3D solid models provided by the engineering department. /li liUnderstand the characteristics and specific features of the machining centers in the department, using them for testing and program optimization. /li liCorrectly use CNC commands and supervision systems. /li liPerform re-phasing, restarts, and system status checks in case of interruptions or process modifications. /li liProgram using ISO language and, preferably, CAM software and Virtual Machine systems. /li liAccurately read and interpret mechanical technical drawings. /li liDefine and calculate machining parameters (cutting speeds, feed rates, depths, etc.). /li liUnderstand tools, materials, and cutting characteristics to identify and select the appropriate tool for each operation. /li liRecognize different types of tools and their machining specifications. /li liIdentify and solve tool-related issues, and propose or design new solutions to improve performance, stability, and process quality.Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues. /li liEnsure compliance with company safety and quality procedures. /li liOrganize work activities independently and accurately, respecting priorities and deadlines. /li liConduct preliminary studies of machining cycles and optimize machining times. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liProven experience in machining operations on horizontal, vertical, and/or 5-axis CNC machining centers. /li liExcellent knowledge of ISO programming language. /li liExperience with CAM software and Virtual Machine systems is preferred. /li liExperience in dimensional inspection and the use of measuring instruments. /li liStrong knowledge of technical drawings and geometric tolerances (familiarity with Creo/Pro-E systems is a plus). /li liGood knowledge of mathematics, geometry, and trigonometry. /li liKnowledge of English is an advantage. /li liStrong teamwork and collaboration skills. /li liGood organizational and self-management abilities. /li /ul pPrecision, attention to detail, quality orientation, analytical skills, and problem-solving attitude. /p h3Additional Information /h3 pBosch is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
