JOB DESCRIPTION
The candidate will join the Business Intelligence & Data Integration team and will collaborate with IT, Finance and Business departments on data integration and analytics projects related to the acquisition of new companies within the Group.
After an initial onboarding period, the candidate will be responsible for the analysis, integration and harmonization of data coming from different ERP and accounting systems, with a strong focus on financial and controlling data.
He/she will design and maintain reporting and dashboard solutions to support management and business functions in decision-making processes.
Travel may be required to support data integration activities, stakeholder alignment and project coordination.
Responsibilities
Analysis and integration of data from newly acquired companies
Design and maintenance of Business Intelligence solutions (Board and Power BI)
Collaboration with Finance and Controlling departments to understand financial structures, KPIs and reporting requirements
Support in data standardization and harmonization across the Group
User support during project roll-out and post go-live phases
Collaboration with the IT team on cross-functional data and analytics projects
Experience Requirements
Experience (2+ year) as Data Analyst
Strong understanding of financial and accounting concepts (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cost Centers, KPIs)
Solid experience with Business Intelligence platforms (Board), Microsoft Power BI considered a plus
Knowledge of relational databases and SQL (Microsoft SQL Server preferred)
Experience in data integration projects or multi-company environments is a plus
English language, spoken and written
