The FPA Analyst will support the FPA Lead, Finance Director and VP in decision making through data analysis and business insight.Key job responsibilitiesThe Sr. Finance Analyst will be a finance partner to the OHL finance and business team and part of the OHL finance team. Among other things, the role includes responsibility for financial metrics, reporting, forecasting and analysis. The successful candidate will be strategic, analytical, able to manage multiple stakeholders and rapidly changing priorities and have the demonstrated ability to effectively manage the finances of a high-growth business.Key tasks :Perform financial reporting and support weekly performance review and monthly PL analysis, and Financial forecasts for the Product Family.Establish relationships and collaborate with multiple finance and business teams (Retail, Accounting, Operations).Support in monthly / quarterly financial closing activity in close co-ordination with business and other finance teams, including document writing.Facilitate financial review meetings with business groups and work with business managers to ensure right trade-off between growth and profitability.Perform ad-hoc business analyses, and financial modelling.
