Company Overview: Synergie68, a branch in Civitanova Marche, is seeking a Sales Assistant for a leading company in the market of household hygiene, personal care, and perfumery products. The candidate will join a rapidly expanding company with a motivated and dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
* Welcoming customers and supporting them during the purchasing decision process;
* Selling items in-store;
* Managing product display and arrangement according to layout standards;
* Handling cash register operations, including payments and cash management;
* Maintaining store cleanliness and order;
* Loading and unloading merchandise.
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of recent experience as a sales assistant, shelf stocker, or cashier;
* Membership in protected categories (Art- 1 invalidity);
* Preferably experience in retail (GDO);
* Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per store schedule.
Additional qualities include teamwork, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information: Initial fixed-term contract at V level CCNL DMO. Part-time hours (20 or 30 hours/week), from Monday to Sunday.
Work location: Fermo (FM).
