Role: Hisense Italy is now looking for a Key Account in the MDA department dedicated to the built-in and SDA retail channel with a professional background: Proven sales experience. Strong understanding of retail and buying group dynamics. Ability to work in a fast-growing company with high dynamism, agility, and flexibility. Excellent negotiation skills and capacity to engage with a wide range of clients. Strategic mindset with the ability to connect sell-in dynamics with sell-out execution. Strong forecasting and planning capability to support factory alignment. Main responsibilities: Define and execute customer plans based on brand and category strategy. Manage relationships with key buyers and negotiate agreements. Drive sell-out through promotions, displays, and marketing initiatives. Monitor market trends, competitors, and product innovations to identify opportunities. Analyze sell-in and sell-out data, forecasting and reporting monthly results. Optimize KPIs including sell-out, promo share, and display share. Required Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
