Overview Dolce & Gabbana is looking for a Legal Manager who will provide legal support to Dolce & Gabbana Beauty Srl across all activities related to services, product development, distribution, and commercialization of products and special projects. This role will join our Legal Direction in Milan. Main activities and responsibilities Commercial and Operational Contract Management: Drafting and negotiating commercial and operational agreements to regulate and safeguard the distribution and sale of products, including contracts and side letters with distributors, agencies, and retailers; supply and service agreements; and intercompany license agreements for brand use and distribution. Compliance and Brand Protection: Developing procedures to protect the brand and its products, including measures against the Grey Market and Cosmetovigilance protocols. Intellectual Property and Anti-Counterfeiting: Managing intellectual property and anti-counterfeiting matters in collaboration with dedicated colleagues. External Legal Counsel Coordination: Maintaining ongoing communication with external legal advisors supporting the company’s activities. Requirements At least 8-10 years of experience as in-house legal in contract law, with a focus on procurement, services and licensing agreements. Law Degree. In-depth knowledge of copyright law and related intellectual property concepts, with demonstrated experience in providing strategic guidance and solutions. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and navigate nuanced legal issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
