Position Summary
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Rovereto (TN) site. The candidate will report to the Manufacturing Manager & DOS Leader and manage a team of 8 people. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance activities on production lines, automated warehouses, and painting facilities, ensuring proper maintenance routines are followed.
Main Opportunities and Challenges
This role offers the chance to acquire diverse technical skills due to the plant's complexity and the variety of equipment involved in a dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage procedures to improve safety during maintenance activities.
* Develop and implement autonomous and professional maintenance plans in collaboration with production departments.
* Coordinate maintenance team efforts to improve service quality and prioritize tasks.
* Monitor and enhance maintenance KPIs.
* Oversee external contractors and define make-or-buy strategies for maintenance activities.
* Focus on managing the painting plant to eliminate downtime, identify causes, and establish preventive maintenance plans.
* Collaborate on technical services for the plant.
* Manage maintenance budget and improve documentation of plant equipment.
* Lead and develop the maintenance team of 8 members.
* Manage maintenance contracts ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Job Position Requirements
Education : Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering.
Professional Experience : At least 5 years in a similar role or related sector.
Hard Skills
* Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Management, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
* Knowledge of Lean Production and AM / PM methodologies.
* Familiarity with maintenance KPIs and English language skills.
Experience of at least 5 years in similar roles is considered a plus.
Soft Skills
* Teamwork and leadership abilities.
* Problem-solving aptitude.
* Empathy and interpersonal skills.
