We are looking for a
Sales Operations Specialist – Customer Integration
to join theGlobal Channels & Sales Operations Support Team.
The person will be in charge of integrating and setting up and maintaining a portfolio of existing Customers into
MORE
, the Vendor Management Inventory system of Marcolin for its best Accounts.
Responsability:
Manage the assigned portfolio of customers by releasing the weekly automatic replenishments to our customers' stores/warehouses
Replicate the business model of the customer in the MORE platform, exploiting the system capabilities with a creative approach to maximize the order outcome
Update the setups of the assigned customers based on seasonal changes or following changes in the customer assortments and/or network
Attend meetings with customers to build the data flow
Coordinate with the Regional/AoR Category Managers & Business Developers and follow their guidelines to implement actions in line with the global strategy
Implement improvements in the MORE platform and monitor the integration of additional functionalities
Being a "solution provider" in case of specific needs of the customers, identifying the way of integrating them with the Company procedures.
Requisiti:
Knowledge/Experience of Category Management and/or Sales Analysis
Good knowledge of English; additional languages will be considered as a plus
Problem solving and analytic approach
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Business Object
Dynamic, passionate and enthusiastic attitude
Willingness to travel abroad.
