Main purpose of the job
Working internally closely with Supply Chain and Sales Departments, the Customer Service and Logistic Manager plays a key role towards our customers and distributors by providing product and service information.
Main responsibilities and duties
Process and manage the Sales Orders (Receiving of the POs from distributors/Customers, Communication with the sales team, Entering of the POs in ERP system)
Follow the Orders management activities (check stock availability and direct interface with Production Planning Department)
Interact and communicate with Distributors/Customers
Organize and supervise the shipments from the manufacturing sites to the IDC/ Distributors/ Customers with cost efficiency.
Issue the customers invoices and supporting documentation
Manage and liaise with the IDC and supply planner the inbounds from suppliers and planned outbounds and adjust transportation accordingly
Manage the customers/logistics complaints (transport, defective good, etc.) and follow the operational activities
Produce International Distribution KPI's (transport filling, stock misses when preparing dispatches)
Participate in Weekly Supply Chain Review and in Operational Reviews with 3PL's.

Key Competencies / Qualifications /Skills
University Degree or equivalent with experience of at least 3 years in: Supply planning, Customer Service, Project Management in Supply Planning Area
Mandatory to have worked on ERP implementations for Supply Chain domain
Mandatory proven experience in International Distribution and Customs
High command of English, written and spoken is essential
Fluency in French preferably or German (2nd Language).
Ability to work independently
Analytical, structured and problem solving mindset
Hands-on and attentive to detail
Comfortable working with new tools and high command of Microsoft Excel
