Responsibilities Greet customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience, making them feel pampered, listened to, and expertly advised. Build strong client relationships and deliver client-centric solutions, offering personalized consultations based on client profiles. Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities. Actively contribute to achieving store objectives (budget and targets), adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management. Organize and manage the stockroom of the store and deliveries. Contribute to creating a strong team spirit, with open interaction and collaboration within and beyond the organization. Foster a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins and crediting the team and individuals for successes. Qualifications Previous experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant), preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments. Knowledge of key commerce KPIs. Empathy and dynamism; a results-oriented mindset. Aptitude for teamwork; willingness to value uniqueness & differences.
