We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Technology Project & Program Manager to join our rapidly growing Corporate Performance & ESG division.
The Technology Project & Program Manager actively drives, manages, monitors, and reports on CP & ESG’s back-office and CRM IT initiatives on behalf of the CP & ESG operations teams, and reports to the Vice President of Sales Operations. This function owns the CP & ESG IT planning processes, and is responsible for ensuring that IT initiatives undertake in the Division meet the strategic goals of the Division and Business Units.
The Technology Project & Program Manager is a key position that supports the organization in driving large-scale IT programs and digital transformation to a 2,300+ FTE organization. This role has oversight to the overall IT programs landscape including migrations, new implementations, and ongoing operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Provide global oversight to the entire back-office and CRM IT project and program portfolio in CP & ESG, carrying overall responsibility to manage the pipeline and drive toward successful on-time and on budget delivery
2. Lead and oversee the back-office IT components of key annual Strategic Planning processes in the Division (MDM, VSP, and Budget)
3. Ensure that projects are aligned with Division and Business Unit stakeholders, and strategic objectives, and that deliverables are well-formed and actionable
4. Define and oversee uniform frameworks, processes, and templates by which projects are requested, funded, executed, and reviewed, and the reporting and dashboarding of all CP & ESG IT programs and projects
5. Evaluate and provide input regarding demand and prioritization based on a global view on the entire project/program portfolio, considering business priorities, current portfolio, organization's execution capacity, and allocation of resources
6. Conduct regular reviews for critical projects, retrospectives on all projects, and ad hoc audits of any troubled projects
7. Conduct periodic financial reviews of CP & ESG IT spend with an eye to eliminating non-essential spend and directing it toward strategic objectives
8. Drive the execution of projects with geographically-dispersed teams
9. Foster executive-level relationships and partnerships to advance project and organizational goals
10. Monitor and report on the progress and performance of IT projects, providing insights for improvement
11. Lead and influence decision-making processes at the Divisional and Business Unit level
12. Oversee the strategic allocation and management of resources for large-scale, complex projects
13. Facilitate communication between project teams and executive leadership to ensure strategic alignment.
Education, Experience, & Competencies
14. Bachelor's Degree (B.A., B.S.)
15. Minimum 7 years' experience in project/program management of enterprise application systems such as SAP, Salesforce.com, Marketo, Eloqua, and Certinia (FinancialForce)
16. Experience working in a complex matrix organization preferred
17. Experience driving relationships and partnerships across stakeholder groups such as executives and cross-functional roles in Finance, HR, and Operations
18. Ability to effectively manage projects, delivering on time and within budget
19. Strong research and documentation skills
20. Excellent organizational skills
21. Excellent writing, verbal communications, and presentation skills
22. Ability to quickly absorb and analyze new technologies and practices
23. Strong financial analysis and business acumen
24. Fluent in English
25. Conversant in one or more European languages desirable
Travel Requirements
26. Minimum 30% overnight travel

The role can be based in one of our offices in Italy, France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany.
