What we are looking for

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated project manager capable of managing complex projects in the IoT sector. System Management is in the midst of an important growth phase: project activities are constantly increasing and need to be managed and organized with professionalism and determination. The position will be responsible for coordinating operational activities with partner companies while ensuring a professional interface with senior figures such as executives and client decision-makers.

Requirements:

• Prior project management experience, preferably in the IoT/Video surveillance or related field
• Experience in managing high-profile clients and communicating with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall) and use of project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project..)
• Experience in budget management and cost forecasting
• Knowledge of techniques to identify, assess, and mitigate risks during the project life cycle
• Familiarity with productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Teams), as well as document and project report management
• Skill in interpreting data and technical reports to make informed decisions, with emphasis on performance and quality aspects of the project
• Familiarity with occupational safety laws and regulations (e.g., Legislative Decree 81/08 in Italy) to ensure that work on the site is carried out safely and in compliance with regulations
• Experience in defining performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously monitoring project progress against set goals
• Excellent Problem Solving skills and adaptability in dealing with the unexpected
• Excellent time, resource and task management skills
• Excellent mediation skills and aptitude for teamwork
• Excellent interpersonal skills and solid communication skills.

What are the steps in our selection process?
