We are looking for a: /p h3Channel Manager – SME Energy Sales /h3 pThe ideal candidate is a dynamic and results‑driven professional who will be responsible for leading and developing the direct and indirect sales network in the gas and electricity sector for the SME market. The candidate will play a key role in building and nurturing relationships with sales agencies, supporting channel growth, and contributing to the design and optimization of sales processes, negotiation systems and contract standardization. Reporting to the relevant internal stakeholders, the candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing an efficient and competitive channel strategy within the SME energy segment. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and manage strong, long‑term relationships with sales agencies and partners. /li liDrive channel performance by identifying growth opportunities and supporting partners in achieving sales targets. /li liCollaborate with internal stakeholders to define and implement efficient sales processes and procedures. /li liContribute to the design and continuous improvement of negotiation tools and systems used by the sales network. /li liSupport the standardization and optimization of contractual documentation and customer onboarding processes. /li liMonitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure the channel strategy remains competitive and aligned with business goals. /li liProvide training, guidance, and operational support to agency partners to ensure compliance and performance excellence. /li liReport regularly on channel performance, KPI, and improvement initiatives. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications and Skills /h3 ul liProven experience in channel management or sales development in the Italian energy sector. /li liStrong understanding of the SME market and indirect sales dynamics. /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage external partners. /li liAnalytical mindset with a process‑oriented approach to problem‑solving. /li liFamiliarity with CRM systems and digital tools supporting sales and negotiation processes. /li liFluency in English is a plus. /li /ul h3Job Details /h3 ul liSeniority level: Mid‑Senior level /li liEmployment type: Full‑time /li liIndustries: Electric Power Transmission, Control, and Distribution; Oil and Gas; Natural Gas Distribution /li /ul pOur job offers are open to candidates of all genders (L. 903/77) – Aegis Srl, AUT.
